Good hotel, but in need of modernisation.

We got a free upgrade. Room had a view which was better than looking at a brick wall.

No gin and tonic available, only beers.

I generally like this hotel and have been going there for years. There was a little mix up with some room changes that I had requested but they were eventually straightened out. This trip for the first time I was able to get my fiance to access the room prior to my arrival so she could get there at a more reasonable time.

The rooms are a little dated although in generally good repair. I unfortunately was placed in a room facing the street resulting in excess street noise.

Breakfast is highly recommended.

The breakfast was so great! Staffs were so friendly and kind. I appreciate it! The shower and bathtub were comfortable. I was satisfied with the hot water in the shower and the water pressure was adequate.

It was in the middle of the rainy season, so it may depend on the season.My room met small bugs, they did not interrupt me, but they walked around on the desk in a hurry. They were so small.

All is Well!

I like the room, they may have given us a room without a view but it's really comfortable and we are not disturbed by loud noises. Also the location, it's near to the mall, and the restaurants are walking distance.

The facility is a bit outdated, but all in all it served it's purpose.

Good location,the front desk was not approachable,the room carpet was so dirty,wet and smelly,no free bottled of water and room slipper is not for free. Will not recommend this hotel.
